Holiday Celebration Was Held Sunday, December 4th
On
Sunday, December 4th, we held the 3rd Annual Woodstream Holiday
Celebration. We visited different houses to do crafts, decorate
cookies, and listen to a story read by a special visitor. Our special
visitor distributed a book to each child. This event was a great
way to get into the Holiday spirit.

The second WHOA
Block Party was a great opportunity to meet all our neighbors. Good
food, fun games, and hearty conversations were the order of the
day. This year's event featured a dual-lane Slip'nSlide. The kids
had a great time racing down the tubes. The adults enjoyed the fun
and the comaraderie. See the photos in the Photo Gallery. We hope
to see even more of you next year.
July
4th Bike Parade Was Held on July 3rd
The continuing
rains forced rescheduling of the annual Patriotic Bike Parade to
Sunday, July 3rd. The kids turned out with beautifully decorated
bikes, scooters, and wagons. As usual, prizes were awarded for three
age categories: 0-4 years, 5-8 years, and 9-12 years, with two prizes
awarded in each group. It was a great day for the Red, White, and
Blue. Watch the Photo Gallery for the pictures of this great annual

Holds Food Drives for the Pickerington Food Pantry
The Pickerington
Food Pantry helps families in our community every month. At this
time they are very low in supplies. The Woodstream community collected
donations to help fill their shelves. The Food Drive runs every
year, usually in the fall. You can still donate money, canned goods,
and other nonperishable items at the Food Pantry. See their website
at www.pcmafoodpantry.com
for details and the current list of needs.
Please
make sure items are not expired. The pantry cannot accept expired
foods.
Architectural
Review Required for Any Exterior Changes
If
you are considering any changes to the exterior of your home or
property, you must have the changes pre-approved by the Architectural
Review Committee. The process is quite simple: just fill out the
Request Form, include a sketch or drawing of your changes, and submit
the packet to the Committee. Within 30 days, they'll review your
changes and let you know of any issues, relative to the Covenants
and Restrictions. They want to approve every submission and will
work with you. If you ignore this process and there is a violation,
you will be required to correct it. Such after-the-fact corrections
can be very expensive and aggravating. Avoid the hassle ... please
follow the process. The Request Form is available on the Documents
& Forms page on this site.
