Architectural
Review and
Rules Enforcement
The
Architecture Review and Rules Enforcement functions will now be
assumed by Omni Managers. They will be responsible for maintaining
a neat and consistent appearance to the properties and buildings
within the Woodstream community. Any changes to the exterior of
your home or landscaping must be pre-approved by Omni, before
the changes are made. The process is quite simple and should cause
no delay in your plans, assuming you promptly submit your plans
to them, as soon as you know you will be making changes. The form
and instructions are available on the Help Desk on their site.
Rules
Enforcement polices the neighborhood to ensure compliance with
the Covenants and Restrictions for Woodstream. Once they determine
a rule has been violated they notify the homeowner to take action
to eliminate the violation. Any homeowner seeing an infraction
should notify the Help Desk, so they can investigate.

Blockwatch
Committee
The
Neighborhood Blockwatch Program is organized to enable the police
and the community to work together to make specific geographical
areas more crime-resistant to reduce crime. It is a citizen involvement,
neighborhood- and community-based effort, designed to help citizens
and the Sheriff's Departments in preventing primarily residential
burglaries. Any homeowner seeing suspicious activity should notify
the Sheriff's Office or the Blockwatch Committee, as appropriate,
so they can investigate. Committee members serve as Block Captains
to pass along information to their immediate neighbors.
